Apogee's Strengths Leadership Coaching is a six-month, comprehensive program tailored for Executive Directors, CEOs, and senior team leaders of color working at locally based, locally serving nonprofits. Led by a certified executive coach, Andre Samuels, this program enhances leadership effectiveness, fosters team cohesion, optimizes organizational performance, and builds positive external relationships. Participants receive 10 one-on-one 60-minute coaching sessions, two (2) assessments (Gallup CliftonStrengths and 360 Degree Leadership Assessment), and a personalized leadership development plan, and attend two (2) in-person cohort convenings (May 8 and October 9, 2024). Coaching meetings will be scheduled to fit participants' availability.
