Cohort topics cover the DISC assessment, board governance and engagement, fundraising, and more.
LeaderBridge is pleased to welcome five new leaders to the LeaderBridge Network©:
Mustafa Abdullah of Chesapeake Climate Action Network,
Mindy Chong of Parent Encouragement Program,
Angela Fields of Home Care Partners,
Mario Gray of Us Helping Us
Klanesha “Kay” Grays of DC Central Kitchen
Since 2020, 9 nonprofit leaders have completed the EPI through LeaderBridge, an initiative of the Crimsonbridge Foundation. EPI is a leadership development program for nonprofit professionals seeking to learn new skills and help define and reach their professional goals. The program has seminars, guest speakers, panel discussions, and group interactions allowing participants to listen and engage with industry experts about all facets of nonprofit leadership.
After participating in a LeaderBridge affiliated program, leaders become part of the LeaderBridge Network of over 200 leaders working in the nonprofit sector of the Greater Washington DC region. These alumni have access to exclusive resources, additional professional development opportunities, and most importantly, a group of peer nonprofit leaders that serve as thought partners, sounding boards, and points of connection in their professional journey.
