Leaders complete the first-ever LeaderBridge® cohort offered by The Idari Collective’s Self-ology program. Led by Dr. Michelle Edwards – an executive coach, experienced nonprofit leader, and LeaderBridge alum – Self-ology is designed to provide space for participants to cultivate inner strength while delving into their purpose alongside fellow female nonprofit leaders in the Greater Washington D.C. Region. Through this seven-week journey, individuals will prioritize wellness and self-care amidst the demands of advancing their organizations' missions.
LeaderBridge is pleased to welcome these leaders to the Network®:
Kenya Bryant of Ingleside King Farm
Nel-Sylvia "Nellie" Guzman of The Safe Sisters Circle
Sophia Nalty of Little Lights Urban Ministries
Claire Roach of YWCA National Capital Area
Ariana Rodriguez of City Year DC
Beverly Ross of Compass Pro Bono
Kristy Wallace Grant of Repentance Project
LeaderBridge is a comprehensive leadership initiative of the Crimsonbridge Foundation that works together with nonprofit leaders and program partners to meet the leadership development interests of leaders of color and of diverse backgrounds to foster a more connected and collaborative leadership network.
After participating in a LeaderBridge affiliated program, leaders become part of the LeaderBridge Network® of over 200 professionals working in the nonprofit sector of the Greater Washington DC region. These alumni have access to exclusive resources, additional professional development opportunities, and most importantly, a group of peer nonprofit leaders that serve as thought partners, sounding boards, and points of connection in their professional journey.
