Three leaders recently completed the Executive Preparation Institute (EPI) with support from LeaderBridge:
Angineeki Jones of Maryland Nonprofits
Mildred Millien of Calvary Women’s Services
Becca Yates of Horizons Greater Washington
The EPI is for nonprofit professionals at the management and senior level looking to enhance their leadership skills and take the next step into an executive role. Cohort topics include the DISC assessment, board governance and engagement, fundraising, and more.
Since 2020, six nonprofit leaders have completed the EPI through the LeaderBridge program with support from the Crimsonbridge Foundation. The EPI is a leadership development program for nonprofit professionals seeking to learn new skills and help define and reach their professional goals. The program has seminars, guest speakers, panel discussions, and group interactions allowing participants to listen and engage with industry experts about all facets of nonprofit leadership.
Alumni of this LeaderBridge affiliated program and others become part of the LeaderBridge Network, which consists of more than 155 leaders working in the nonprofit sector of the Greater Washington region. LeaderBridge alums have access to additional professional development resources and opportunities to connect with peer nonprofit leaders who serve as thought partners, sounding boards, and points of connection in their professional leadership journey.
