Emerging Leaders is a nine-month, dynamic, professional development program that provides mid-level professionals between 25-35 years of age with the skills and connections necessary for success.
These leaders join 200+ nonprofit professionals in the LeaderBridge Network®, who are making an impact in the Greater Washington region, including 17 leaders who have completed Leadership Montgomery Emerging Leaders through LeaderBridge since 2019.
After participating in a LeaderBridge affiliated program, leaders become part of the LeaderBridge Network. These alumni have access to exclusive resources, additional professional development opportunities, and most importantly, a group of peer nonprofit leaders that serve as thought partners, sounding boards, and points of connection in their professional journey.
