Seven leaders join the first-ever LeaderBridge cohort offered by The Idari Collective’s Self-ology program. Led by Dr. Michelle Edwards – an executive coach, experienced nonprofit leader, and LeaderBridge alum – Self-ology is designed to provide space for participants to cultivate inner strength while delving into their purpose alongside fellow female nonprofit leaders in the Greater Washington D.C. Region. Through this seven-week journey, individuals will prioritize #wellness and self-care amidst the demands of advancing their organizations' missions. #leadership
